Guy working here is nothing but a liar. Never got a detailed receipt, which he promised would be emailed to me. He put me on a $50 plan when I specifically requested the $40 plan. Guess what benchode? I'm coming back up there to personally get my money back. You'll give me my money back, one way or another.

what a complete scam, my mom has been in boost mobile for a lot of years and they say the give you free unlimited data & a hotspot but you don’t get it, she literally pays 80$ a month when it’s 50$, next time consider doing what your company promise

I was planning to switch 5 lines from T mobile to boost, I came to the store to get a quote for 5 iphone 12, guy gave a sticky note quoting me $1450 but said in a pushy way that if I came back later it will be more expensive, I called boost mobile and got the switch for $920. 5 new phones, free activation, and free sim cards.

A week ago i switched my phone and was only charged 10 dollars for the sim card i take my daughter back and they charge her 25 dollars we have the same phone and on the same plan i don't understand the difference in prices it seems odd to meThis is response to the ownerI was at the same location my daughter who is on my plan got the exact phone as me and then the girl behind the counter said do you want me to do it or not i thought that was rude even when we first approached her she said she doesn't think she could switch to the s10 plus i said i just got mines switched to the same phone she then proceeded to call someone who confirmed what i said she was rude and didn't seem to want to help us

Terrible everything... I gave them an opportunity to earn my business. Was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Their employees are, in general, very lazy. They are often too busy playing on their phones. Act like you are bothering them when you require their assistance. 3 months after signing up, they made me buy another phone simply because they said that they "upgraded their network"... which I noticed zero difference or benefits... then 3 months later they did the same thing to my wife... they refused to give me my account number when I requested it... to eventually leave them for a legitimate phone carrier...

We arrived here to get served fairly fast. After the family ahead of us was served, we were quickly helped and out sooner than we think. The prices are okay but it's decent if you need a phone in a hurry. ??
