They fixed my problems over the phone or I can go in and have it done I would not trade Boost Mobile for any other phone company

what a complete scam, my mom has been in boost mobile for a lot of years and they say the give you free unlimited data & a hotspot but you don’t get it, she literally pays 80$ a month when it’s 50$, next time consider doing what your company promise
