If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my daughter went in to purchase something. No one greeted us are even offered to help us they sit there on there phone and acted like we was not even there. Who ever owns this place need to get better help. They have the worst employees ever.

No kind of help. Everyone was just sitting or on their phone. One of them said to me from where she was laying her head. We don't buy anything but electronic. It has to run on battery. SMH.

As a customer I am very pleased with the service I receive from the employees. They r on top of their game when it comes to having the knowledge of anything within their shop. I am very pleased to have met Tashiba. She has been a great help and keeps me up to date on any changes going on and makes it a point to help me save a buck or 2. THANK U TASHIBA.

I would give this location no stars if I could. The white older gentleman (who is the ‘jeweler’ and maybe the owner) is VERY dishonest. I took several gold pieces that I know were 18kt and he tried to tell me it was 10kt or 12Kt at best. I declined to sell and went elsewhere and was given almost more than 3 times the amount he offered BECAUSE IT WAS 18kt!!

I gave this place 2 starts because or the Old Skool guy with the gray head and the glasses seems like he owns the place but there is 2 sides to this 2 starts ion kno if it's his wife or just an older women mid age that works there in the morning for sure is very racist and looks and black people like there coming to steal or Crack heads and she is very stiff and not very respectful even tho they have this sign that show the difference e in the worldly christ the the real Christ if she only knew...but anyways I've been wanting to comment about her behavior for a long time but that old skool easy goin guy even if he is ra it he shows no signs so thank you and for the old lady with the long hair and wears the glasses bout 50 60 your racist I can smell it all over you that's a shame I hope you get out of that

As a former employee I want to warn people to avoid this place at all costs. I was hired as a means for me to retrieve my items that had been in pawn for over a year. They hired me and expected me to learn everything in one month- which is impossible.Then, I was literally not allowed to speak even if I needed help. I would be yelled at and cussed at and told to stop stressing them out. And the nail in the coffin for me was twofold: first they claim to be Christian and their actions are completely the opposite . They speak ill of customers behind their back amongst other things. And lastly, once I got my last item out of pawn,I was told I was not a good fit for the shop-AFTER I GOT HOME! Cowardice at its best.Aboid Bishop Pawn in mesquit. Both Vikki and Todd are not what they appear to be- they are wolves in sheep's clothing and most of the items in the store are either broken , not working or in a state of disrepair.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Keep an eye out on purchasing any Xbox consoles from this store. The are buying faulty units. The power cord brick to the Xbox was broken and I found out after it was too late for a warranty exchange. I gave them two stars because they are the only store willing to buy any broken console and not many stores are willing to do that.
