Big lots sucks! I ordered a sofa with same day delivery an never showed up. I couldn't get a good status on my order, just was asked to call different departments of big lots for help.
There customer care sucks.....

I purchased a Christmas tree online 4 days ago. The next day, I went to pick up my tree, and on the same day, they started a 75% off on all Christmas products.
