Went in today as I had a pickup order, however when I got the order most of the items that I ordered were not there. The young lady then tells me they were canceled because they weren't in stock. I literally placed the order last night when the sale started, why not send an email stating items aren't in stock before a person waste gas driving there? Then I go to leave and something caught my eye and I stopped and looked. Then out of nowhere some guy working there acted like I was about to ROB the damn store. I have been to this particular location numerous times and if this is how it's going to be, I can definitely take my money elsewhere. Bath and BodyvWorks you need to do better!!!!

The store and location is good; however, the customer service at this location is HORRIBLE, Bad attitudes, no communication. Customer service is very important, and this location lack zero customer service.

5 people and 1 person working the counter. The rest of the workers were stocking shelves and pretend helping customers and by that I mean asking if you needed help finding something and then saying I’m not sure where that’s at. On a busy Saturday, no less

Went to pick up my online order and the guy I asked where I need to go for my online order left a sour taste in mouth. He just said stand there but didn't show me. When another employee showed me where to go, he came by and asked another customer standing beside me of a different race if anyone was helping her with her order and acted like I wasnt there. I was going to buy candles too but I'll spend my money where I feel appreciated. I usually brush stuff like this off . I give this store a lot of money

Melanie refused to exchange my candles although I was told I can! Claimed the policy changed last August I proceeded to show her a receipt showing that wasn’t the case! She was very short with me! Some people are not made for management! Will not return to this location!

Staff are rude and seemingly don’t see it fit to assist any of their black customers. Literally every time I come in here I have ask for help if I need it, while I watch them greet their non-black customers and offer advice and sales information. I’ve never had this happen at any other location and on top of everything else, I used to work at Bath & Body works however, not at this location. So I know exactly what they’re supposed to be saying to me when I walk in. When I left, only the black staff member said something to me. Of course she did though, she’s black too.

Horrible experience at this location! Management are inexperienced and have absolutely NO CUSTOMER service skills whatsoever. No good or effective communication between team members and management. I called before I came to resolve an issue and even said, “can you you put me on hold and get the clearance from management before I drive there”. Everything was all good to proceed. I get to the store and no one knows anything, or slow to recall the conversation that happened 15min prior. The team member said no we can’t help you, then I asked for the manager and the manager very unskilled and friendly may I add told me we can help you. I’m like WTH?! Y’all literally told me to come and you all would assist me. I dropped names and times and they stood looking like no care or consideration at all. This location needs MAJOR help and TRAINING ‼️?
