I just had the worst experience with the bank manager Laura, she was being very rude talking over me and stressed me out. Im 9 months pregnant with twins that lady needs to learn respect and so does her bank teller she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed while I was simply trying to make a deposit. If you don’t want to work then don’t work no need to take it out on your clients

This place wasted my time I needed something signed for work. I was told even though I was not a client I could make an appointment to get it signed. I came back today waiting in line. First I did not appreciate how the girl with the red butterfly’s on her neck was snappy with me already and all I did was walk up and say hello. Second another employee told me I could not make an appointment even though I was told I could the previous day. After her asking someone that could possibly help me, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to be told no again. Go somewhere else this place will give you confusing information. Also it’s not good business to check on certain people and single out others.

You closed the drive thru and now you have one person inside behind the counter waiting on customers. There are eight customers in front of me this is ridiculous. You have three people in the offices two are waiting on customers and the other is in his laptop while a gentleman is waiting. This is ridiculous.

Trying to get a document notarized they stated they dont have a notary available as they are booked with appts and also did not offer to make an appt. Told me to go to a random shop where who knows if they will charge you! Cant wait to no longer be a BOA customer

I had the same bad experience with town east Bank of America. I am a customer since 2002. I went there for an urgent notary sign, even if they are available and no busy they told they are busy. Very bad very bad

I found myself needing a document notarized. The day before I had tried to call for OVER AN HOUR and no one would answer their phones. Since I didn't know if an appt was needed, I ended up having to drive there to find out. I was told by the woman who came up to me that the notary was book for the day but I could get an appt. Seriously?? I replied that if they had bothered to answer their phones I would know that already. This woman had the gall to say if they have customers in house, they DO NOT ANSWER PHONES. OMFG!! So to recap, your business with THIS BRANCH is only important to them if you go in person. This branch and the other Mesquite branch need a refresher course on customer service.

One person working as a teller with a huge line. I don’t know what’s going on with Bank of America lately but it’s definitely not good. Whoever is in charge of operations should be fired. Who made the decision to have one teller at each branch? Someone lost their way and forgot what it’s like to actually be IN the branch. It’s 11am after a holiday. You would think there would be some thought to add another teller. You’re saving money on daily pay of an employee but you’re really upsetting the general customer.

The worst experience ever!!! I walk into the back to open an account. The lady at the front asked what we were there for? I answered, am a Credit Card holder and need to open an account. Letting her know am a Bank of American customer. She asked for two forms of ID. Gave it to her, and I said, I have some questions before opening the account. She answered “if you are not going to open the account, I WILL NOT HAVE ONE OF MY BANKERS SEAT WHIT YOU, YOU NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”. I Just have some questions could you answer them? She said No get out of the bank. Unfortunately didn’t got her name, she is Hispanic, assuming she is the manager. The worst customer service ever!! Please don’t go there. 1400 N Town East Blvd.

I had a terrible experience with Megan (the young lady greeter) a while back. Normally I only post positive reviews but she was something else! She was incredibly rude to me when I came in. I was trying to get a torn $5 bill exchanged and she was very curt and refused to help me when I asked about policy. She is not a reflection of BOA because I have had exceptional service with them since 2005. She definitely needs customer service training and or put in a position where she doesn't deal with the public. She refused to give me Vickie's contact information when asked. Please try to be a better employee, young lady!
