Not impressed with this company at all. After almost a 2 week long runaround and being told the bank preapproved me for the refund loan they then came back and saidwasnt approved. Getting ahold of anyone from customer service was a joke also. If your after a refund advanve stay away from these people.

I highly recommend Avenue tax !! They have been the most helpful and just all around easy to work with. I applied for the refund loan and every step of the way someone was right there to walk me threw the steps to make sure everything was correct. I never waited on hold more then a minute when I would call and even the next back we’re very fast. This was my 1st time going to them and I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future!! Thanks guys ! You have been amazing!!

I have been going here since my son was a baby and hes 25 years old now,but i stop going because all this time ive been going to Them they being really charging me $800 to file my taxes and once i thought bout it and talk to others i see that was just wrong to be charging me that much and then i been a customer forever but still charging me that much is out of line.Thats bout the only Problem i have with them and sometimes they dont return your call.
