I brought my car in to have someone check if my battery was bad. Well, one of the ladies there not sure what her name was as she didn't have a badge on. She went outside and checked my battery and said it was good that I didn't need one. So then the next day my car didn't start AGAIN!!!! Long story short, I took it to a auto shop and they confirmed my battery was no good! I had to pay over $100 to get my car checked just because the lady at this location said my battery was good and it wasn't. So now, I'm out more than$100 for the shop, had to miss work cause of this on top of the price of the battery which is over $200. Thanks auto zone for the inconvenience you have cause.

terrible customer service and they know it too. that's why they don't even wear their name tags. customers walk in, the "supervisor" scattered like a roach and disappeared, but could carry on a conversation about her best friend leaving. Come on now, get it together and take care of the dang customers.

Stay away from this location the people that works there are really bad, doing they job they stated that they are making a favor returning. A piece that I just bought couple of minutes ago, Silvia or that is the name that she share with us have a really bad attitude just stay away from this location save your sanity and money

Horrible customer service; I returned a faulty item but was given the run around as if Autozone was doing me a favor; I do not understand how a customer buy a duralast item under warranty than it goes out during warranty and informed I cannot get a return because I do not have my original debt card from the purchase? as if it not under warranty for years and I was informed I should go to another location autozone to get the item return? even though I have my ID and you have my phone number on file with all my personal information to do the return as the policy state from the item I bought; as I quote "you guys our doing me a favor."; This is unacceptable and disturbing on all level I do not know if it was my race or it was because the cashier had airpod in listening to music while working; I do not know but I know I will not mind driving an extra mile to another location or going to O'reilly; because I have been working on cars for 20+ years and never once have experience such horrific customer service were the employee does not want to work or even attend to customers; The employees need to realize they are working in a mechanic part store and people will have items under warranty returned because they are faulty and it in the system for them to look up to give the proper return and not blow a customer off as if they do not deserve to be in the establishment or the return; This was the most difficult warranty return at Autozone I ever been in

Been coming to this place for the past 35 years. However I will never shop autozone ever again coz I've had two rude workers at this location that doesn't know how to treat customers. Even the manager at this place is so rude too and now I can see why the workers are the way that they are due to the manager being rude too. I have purchased stuff here in the past month and they gave me the wrong parts. I return them with no problem go the money back and yesterday I return some thing that I purchased that wasn't the right one and was denied the return. How can a store sell you stuff but if it's the wrong thing you can't get your refund back? And when I returned and had the card and the receipt with me she didn't want to refund what I purchased? Smh she then told me she wasn't going to refund me coz I was rude to her. She wasad coz I explained to her that one of her coworker did the same but gave me the refund back but the other girl said Autozone can't refund me with out having the card that was used even though it was a debit card that was used and not a credit card. This autozone on towneast and Galloway in mesquite sux and if you wanna find out how terrible this location is then go to that location and you will be pissed and the workers there will treat you like you are bothering them by shopping at this store.

January 15 snow and icy roads looked bad. Then my car wouldn’t start. Jumped off. Got to this store early afternoon. Cindy checked my battery and replaced it. Working in cold north winds, she patiently fitted the hold down pieces. I bought a new set of jumper cables too. The staff were very professional. AutoZone is the only one we trust with our battery replacement. Great job, Cindy!
