Cameron at the Cartwright location in Mesquite showed great customer service! He patiently assisted me with fuse testing to pinpoint the issue with my AC. After a couple of tries and replacement of one fuse my AC is back up and running! Definitely saved hundreds of not thousand dollars and save me two hours in my garage. Thank you Cameron!

I have been into this store 4 times since it opened. 3 of the 4 times, young incompetent males working there tried to send me away without the item I went in for. Each time, after seeing the manager, I got the very common item which I knew they had. The only time I got what I needed without a lot of trouble was when I bought a gallon of Antifreeze. I'm convinced that it was easy bnecause I picked it up and carried it to the counter. The young guys there probably wouldn't have known what I was asking for, as usual. Now, I just go another half mile to O Reilly Auto Parts, where they know what they are doing.

Chris was amazing workers. When I came to AutoZone 8:24 I ask for some one to help me to check my battery and they wold ignore me. I asked for help like 3 times. They tell me “ I got you” and when I was about to leave (mindful I was waiting 24min) And when I was about to head to the door Chris came and helped me out a lot. We ended up finding the problem of my car and he helped me get my battery changed. Honestly they need more workers like him. Because everyone els they are not on their game.
