My husband and I recently bought a car from Billy, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences we've had. We appreciated how up front he was, and you could tell that he cared about having integrity and this being the right fit for us rather than just making the sale. Any part that he fixed on this car as well had a life time guarantee, which meant a lot. He also prices his cars based on the reality that they might need to be fixed, and is willing to do the fixing himself (which would add to the price).
Overall, would highly recommend buying from Billy and even just using his shop for all your fixes! Really honest and knowledgeable guy!

Do NOT bring your car to this shop. Billy the owner is beyond rude and unprofessional. I brought them my car to fix one issue and they gave it back in worse condition. It won’t even start now. I tried to call to get a better understanding and Billy was so disrespectful. He answered the phone saying “last chance” then hung up. I called back and after speaking with him for 3 minutes I asked to speak with someone else because he was being so nasty (not realizing it was the OWNER). I gave this business almost $500 for bad service and worst customer service. Do NOT give this business any of your money.
*edit: Because the owner just responded and LIED. He did not answer the phone with a greeting and he did not offer a diagnosis. That also does not explain how you gave me my car back in worse condition! Your response to this review was even unprofessional. Your attitude will do nothing but loose you more business!
*my last response to this “owner”. It’s odd that you have the free time to bad mouth an unsatisfied customer when you’re supposed to be running a business. UNPROFESSIONAL. To further explain “our diagnosis”, we called in as first time customers letting you know what we THINK is the problem. Instead of offering a diagnosis, you quoted $150 and that number tripled when we brought my car in because “your system didn’t process the quote right”. Your quote changed drastically and you told us it would take 3 hours when it in fact took more than 24 hours. Lastly, my car was return to me smelling like CIGARETTES! You may not call yourself a liar but you sure are not trustworthy. I did not want to include these extra details in my original review because it was my choice to look past them in the beginning. But now the TRUTH is here.

Very good customer service. Honest and good prices. They also keep you updated with whats going on with your car while in their possession. They don’t try to bamboozle women by overcharging and repairing unnecessary parts. I will make this my go to place when my car breaks down every time. Billy has been my mechanic for about 15 years now. He's worked on every car I've owned! I have never had to bring my car back to him for the same issue & never had a bad experience. I think it's safe to say his work is guaranteed! He's also done work on my husband's truck. We both are very satisfied with his work. He is honest & reliable! They are very professional. His daughter is just as awesome as he is!! Excellent customer service overall!!

Good honest service is hard to find these days so when I read reviews about "Great service, honest, mom and pop shop" I feel compelled to check them out.
I changed my brake calipers on my '08 GS460 and of course Lexus doesn't like home garage work.. lol?...so all my warning lights/messages are present. I know that all it needs is a reset from previous experience. But we all know it's hard to pull up anywhere and get anyone to just check it out without some fee/charge/apparent failure that you were unaware of and you have to fix it today...?
Long story short, Autosense's reviews brought me here yesterday to see if what I read was true. 1000% ALL TRUE. Savanna, Billy and Dennis ??? made my day. No appointment just pulled up, explained the situation and was on my way in under 20 mins. I will return with more business because your service won this customer over. Thanks again....I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that it was NO CHARGE....speechless!!
