My mom passed away and the guy name George he worry about my payment and Everyday he called me and I won't send my worst enemy to himthim and I have called and talked to Ms. O. And told her when I was coming back to Texas, he is very rude please don't shop there he don't know how to treat their customers, how can you let someone work for you like that, He act like I was going to steal what I got and I told them , when I was going to pay my payment and I wasn't run from them at all. When I pay that off And I will Never buy again from them. He doesn't have any Respect for the Customer but I was calling them letting them know when I was coming back to Texas,do that sound like I was Stealing from them and long I was keeping in touch with them.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL.. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Victor the manager is very unprofessional he took my money had me sign a contract and said he could not approve the application because he said he could not read a phone number on the application for reference he did not want to take the correct information over the phone and update it to make a call he has very poor customer and he also called one of my personal references and ask for her age now that’s decriminalizing

Update - I’ve had a horrible experience with this store nonstop for the past 2 1/2 months . First I get caused if a product I don’t have which is a tv and the tv was never delivered and they called me every damn day for it . Then Today I had an encounter with victor after being told ima get call backs for months the only one who’s done anything positive has been Trent . Victor has been rude and there’s has been lots of miscommunication today victor told me information about a customer personal address . Then he told me to wait even though there was no one in the store so he can process employee purchases as if I wasn’t standing there . He then proceeds to ignore me. Mind you I was told I’d get a month free no money down due to horrible experience with Arona and he told me NO IM NOT HONORING IT after agreeing that i would get it . Tells me my mom is one of his best customers but treats me this way as if my mom won’t stop being a customer with Arona also I have been with rent a center for 4 years never had issues however Arona has been awful from the first start . I personally won’t do business with them , Olivia never returns calls , victor is incompetent and telling people person addresses to customers . Richard is cool but doesn’t get anything done . This store is actually nothing without Trent . And it’s awful . Will be contacting corperate and the BBB cause this is a horrible experience 2 months worthTrent has great customer service, he has made me happy with his excellent customer service . He goes above and beyond . great asset to the store !
