Very helpful staff! I had a suit that needed the perfect shoe and the staff took time to give me different options. They helped me pick the perfect shoe.

I had shoes for a wedding delivered to the Mesquite, TownEast loacation and when I went to pick the shoes up the store was closed. It was 2pm. I called several times and no one answered. This is very unprofessional.

Today I went to return a pair of shoes that I bought for a kid got there about 1pm the cashier said her Mgr was coming after she went to the back and spoke with her about my shoes in private then about 115 the manager walked in and I greeted her and honey her mind was made up and I had a receipt she and her staff needs 1 on customer service..I ask for a MD number there wasn't one so I reached out to another store they saw me as a valued customer and took very great excellent care of me as they could have .

The most useless manager. She couldn't even help a costumer in the right way. Next time the store should hire an adult who will be able to help people and a not a millennial who doesn't even know her name!. Very disappointed!!!!
