Not open 24 hours... I went arrived between 12:45 am and 12:55 am on 9-16-24 and the doors were locked and no employees at all, nor were there any employees vehicles parked outside. Also, there's not a schedule for what times the stores open posted ANYWHERE on the front of the store

Customers service was terrible the caucasian lady with the big eyes that work at the register is rude and the African American girl that works with her act like she didn't see me standing there waiting on food she put the trash can in the middle of the floor where customers walk up to purchase hot food and then she still act as if she didn't see me so I walked off after I walked off she stated oh do you want to buy something what makes me upset is the fact that she look me right in my face and knew the whole time she seen me standing in front of her waiting on her to take my order but when I got my food which was potato wedges and a half of a chicken meal got into the car the wedges where hard and raw they tasted like a uncooked hard potato the chicken was half cooked and the beans tasted burnt and the rice was very dry the other Mexican food was dry as well I was excited because I thought it was going to be a wonderful experience since they took so long to do the grand opening I just don't understand how you'll just opened up in this area and the food is horrible and the customer service is weird I begged my husband to try this place but I hate I did some thing isn't right at this location my husband said I'm not ever coming back to this place again the caucasian lady overcharged my husband she didn't even pay attention to the receipt and they tried to charge me for one pepper that was displayed with the chicken and sausage I advise anyone not to purchase the chicken or potatoes wedges because it was disgusting this is not what I was expecting and we decided that we won't ever come back to this location.

It’s a good looking place, but I was really disappointed that I couldn’t get any chicken because they were closed. The hours say they close at 8pm but that’s not true. I walked in the store at 6:30pm and there was no signs of any hot food anywhere . It’s happened twice already. Maybe they should hire some people.

I've done over 33,000 reviews of different stores and places and I've never been prouder to do a review on 7-Eleven. This is owned by a very nice African American gentleman, and I will give you a few good points of why you should visit this new 7-Eleven in Mesquite1. The store is very clean.2. Friendly behind the counter.3. It is in a great location.4. Great selection on the items that you want.5. Very little homeless traffic.So in closing, let's keep this 7-Eleven in mesquite going.
