Out of all the 24 hour Fitness I've visited, this one needs help!! ASAP.. Nothing works. Don't take a shower cause there's only HOT water! Jacuzzi only has cold water, and the steam room has been down for more than four weeks. This gym is dirty and seems to be understaffed cause it is close to early.

The details I have are the same already listed by other members below my review. You just do not want to listen or apply any change but you want to get the money every month. This location is just disgusting. If you go to the one in McKinney, the gym is very clean and machines are up to date.
Nothing changed here for the past years, we should get a discount on our membership when amenities are not working or not existing anymore (Outside pool closed, sauna always dirty, I don't even want to talk about the leaking toilets, toilet seats, stair master dangerous or not working ...). The list IS LONG ! Stop saying you trying to improve because you are not. I can't remember last time I saw someone cleaning this gym, I truly believe that you have no cleaning crew.

Went there with my sister as a guest, the guy in the front informed that she no longer has a guest pass. I registered the free 3-day guest pass but he refused it. He assumed I would never be interested in getting a membership and that he “already knows” and it’s “not fair to other guests” without truly even asking if I would be interested seriously. Now I am unable to use this free pass at a better location later.

Years ago it was one of the best gyms in all aspects, I don't know what would happen but over the years it has gone downhill very badly, especially in terms of cleanliness, there is no place you pass that doesn't have dirt left over from time and well the truth is If I would like them to do something about it since you pay for your membership the least they can do is keep it clean.
I changed planet fitness and I'm already regretting it because the difference in cleanliness, equipment, and service is too much.
Please do something about it.

I have little time to go to 24 hrs fitness and they are charging me for coach training that I never received, most of the showers are without keys, the water in the showers is too hot, garbage cans are full, there is no light bulb on the jacuzzi, several lockers with the lock system broken and the reception employees have never been able to fix or cancel the coach who never trained me and they only tell me that I have to pay for that service that I never received.

This location sucks. The back treadmills are always down, there is only 3 that properly work back there. Been like this for weeks

I have been coming for many years, it was at Galloway it was closed and moved,had day care,,had a pool outside,I do mainly the group classes,,great teachers,,,I go to dry sauna and ladies in there told the sauna had silver fish bugs, whichi did see but I have not seen any now,,I use the elevator and several times it smelled like pot,,,told one of the guys upfront and he laughed and said everyone does it,,,not very professional ,before covid it watch better ruben, Lori, jackie,Jackie,, mimi,all good teachers could use cleaning,mirrors cleaned ,,it was warm on many days in class I stay for the classes,,and only pay 106 for a year,,but have thought about checkingothers

You would expect such a big franchise like 24hrs to have the best statebof the art equipment, but instead Mesquite facility has the MOST "Out of Service" equipments. More than 10 cardio machines are broken or non functional. To add the salt on the wound, Men's shower are disgusting, they haven't been cleaned for months if not year. There is mold on the shower walls and glass edges. Whoever is managing this place need retraining or replacement or even FIRED.

The ladies shower area is always nasty hair ,under clothes etc laying around on the shower floor for days so much hair the water don’t drain out and I was told they don’t have a female cleaner everyday

This place is just dirty and nasty. Spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care. Canceled my membership 3 days after opening it. Went back to Planet fitness. Sad because I really wanted to stay. U can understand the old machines, or broken dry sauna. But there is no excuse for how filthy this place is. Surprise someone has not called code compliance and had this place shut down. Not even worth my time writing this review.

Had a great time of the treadmill. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Looking forward to the sauna and more machines.

Can someone tell me if this post was true?
"24 Hour Fitness sent out a new dress code to employees. Currently approved movements and social causes include BLM, rainbow pride, Juneteenth. But the American flag is restricted to only a couple days in the year. Every other day, the American flag is prohibited. Can't do it. But you can wear the pride flag any day of the week."

We barely got the first month for 29 dollars and they already charged us 119 from my card without authorizing that payment
