Not very friendly, said that they did not have the part before I even said what the part was. Would not recommend

We had a Honda Element picked up for service, never heard back. We have been calling and when they do happen to answer, they tell me they will deliver it next week. This has been over a 6 month period. They no longer answer the phone so we may have to report it stolen
