On hand merchandise and variety of sizes not good customer service horrible they would make more money selling attitude and long faces its gone down hill purchased some boots that I had to get and look for myself not to mention they all just stood around with attitude sad.

Ariat by the Bootjack is the best place to find all your western needs. I went in there to look for some boots and the salespeople were so helpful! The cashiers were so nice, and the store was very clean. Beautiful merchandise. 10/10 recommend and would go again.

This place doesn’t respect their return or exchange policies owner is very rude about it and the manager thinks she owns the store once I proved to them I had everything they needed for the exchange they started sniffing the pants and they even took turns smelling the pants( I guess they get a sniffing training )after they all sniffed the pants they came out with the conclusion the pants smell like smoke I am a non smoker so where did they get the smoke smell from after an hour of waiting in the store they made the exchange the cashier was so mad I could hear her talking about me with other co workers so then she gave me a difference of 5 dollars in store credit when I paid cash for it which I won’t be back so I lost those 5 dollars

Horrible customer service! The young sales people don’t have any knowledge of items in store what so ever. Asked questions and they didn’t know anything. And to top it off they were on their phones.
