“Very late, they only have about 3 cashiers, 2 take care of the cars and one with the people who are inside and there is such a long line, I think they should fix that because sometimes it takes us more than 30 minutes waiting to be served, thank you”

“I used to avoid the drive thru because the service was soooo slow, no matter if there's 1 car in line or 4. However, now it's soooo slow inside the bank I won't go in there anymore. Luckily the drive thru is way better because the young gentleman, Lucio, has been my drive thru teller, and he is so fast and efficient, y'all need 3 more just like him inside the bank!”
