I recently went in to return my maxima blush shoes. Amanda the store manager, was super helpful. She was able to help me exchange the shoes for a bigger size and called me when the shipment came in, on the same day. I started off super frustrated as I had waited months for the shoes but left the store excited! Thanks Amanda!

I went in for a return and had the most amazing experience. I was walking into store with several boxes and Rosie promptly met me at entrance and helped me with boxes and helped me with my returns and my exchanges. All the other employees were also extremely pleasant and extremely attentive and professional. I have to say I give them 10 stars if possible definitely recommend this location for anyone looking into getting ur Steve Madden fix
