A month or two ago, there was important photos, contacts, etc. that was on my mom’s phone and unfortunately it had stopped charging. Tried different USB’s and wall outlets. We needed the phone to get to certain percentage to be able to be sure her information was backed up to be able to transfer to new phone. Fortunately, being a good friend of hers, my mom called Sergio who at the time was not in the valley, but STILL was able to gave us simple steps that got issue resolved and got phone charged to 100%.

I cannot in good faith recommend any other PC repair service in the valley besides Sergio's, I had a business in McAllen take my money, hold my components for a week and quote a 72 hours timeframe for repair, they took twice as much time and returned it to me in the exact same condition.
