I work in the same area and noticed the stone to my ring fell off. Took my break and ran over there to start an insurance claim. Staff looked up my account and just gave me a new ring. Fast and simple. It was great. Thank you

Staff is helpful and attentive however the selection seemed more limited than the other locations in the RGV. My biggest complaint is that the location smells like my ex, fishy and musky. Not sure why the smell is so strong but jesus, we had to leave because the smell was making me nauseous.
