Service is not consistent. Customer service is horrible. They send bill with due date and then call you to tell you the bill is past due on the date it was sent out. The bill clearly states past due on after the due date. Nevemind it gets paid electronically everymonth at the same time. I don't know what happened to this company, it used to be So Good. Looking for something else.

Terrible customer service, our neighbor had them as an internet provider and they told us that no signal was found in our house. The technician did not even put in the effort to look for a signal and just left.

I created an account, paid for service, it was drafted from my account and system then did not recognize my account. After trying multiple times I called customer service to tell them I no longer wanted the services that I never received to be told that there's a $5 processing fee to return the $5 they pretty much stole. Located at the Cameron County Courthouse, I will be definitely letting them know about your service in hopes they no longer do business with you. worst service ever. How can you still charge someone for services they couldn't log into in the first place, let alone the stsme not recognizing you.

At first it seemed like a good provider, yet now the connection is very inconsistent. I originally was able to play games online, now it will work for 3 hours out of the day at most, every other time it will have ping of 400+, if I'm lucky. Honestly the worst internet provider I have ever experienced due to their horrible inconsistency. Descent internet but only if you are willing to spend a good penny. Not recommended if you love to stream movies or play Games online.

Signal was never consistent, had service with them from 2009 to about 2015. service was bad. They never returned calls when I called for service. When you were late they charged late fees quick, but never returned calls. I requested to speak to the owners, never got called back. I finally emailed them after i got disconnected for being late on payment and canceled service. My contract was for 2 years only, which had expired. They came to remove their antenna and there were bees around so they refused to take it.
Now I receive a letter from an attorney to collect $632.05 for the antenna and one month of service, i don't owe a month service and they refused to take the antenna. How is this my fault. Their account manager has no people skills and has her head in the clouds. I never put anyone on the blast, but if they are so eager to collect for their own failures so be it. I will not pay a penny I don't owe for their incompetent staff...
Come get your antenna I even emailed you all to again to get it...

only chose to go with this company because there wasn't anything else I could get where I lived. When I chose to leave they created costs that I owed and told me I couldn't cancel my service until I wrote them an email stating why I wished to cancel. The service is horrible. Never able to even watch a show online. We have VTX 1 now and I'm paying half of what I paid Orbit broadband and I'm getting 6mbp. With Orbit I got 2.5mbp. They are crooks! They cancel your service if you don't pay your bill yet NOW that I'm canceling services they claim I owe for 2 months. Really? If you can AVOID getting services with this company you need to stay clear of it!

Tried satellelite, no good for gaming. No DSL or cable where i live out in the boonies. Took a gamble with Orbit and I won the jackpot. Service rocks and low ping times are great for COD on Xbox!

Great service and expert techs. Helped me figure out that my kids were using up all our bandwidth when I thought their service was slow. We use it for Netflix, Xbox live, and Facebook... time for us to upgrade our speed!
