They give terrible service from the staff
Today they did not want to give us the account number, the woman from Hay said no and I went twice and she told me that I did not have access. I went to the other store in Vermond and Hay, they gave it to me very quickly and without any anger. The lady said that she has every right because the account is hers, so this business is of very poor quality with the staff that works there.

The guy here was charging me about $20 more for the same phone and plan I wanted to get at another metro store. When he have me the price! I told myself that's too much! So I went to another store getting the same phone and and plan! they didn't try to steal from me and charged me the price it was. Unlike this place!
