I showed up 20 minutes til closing coming from Mission, TX. The young lady (did not get her name) at front and Aaron were awesome in accommodating me for shredding. Great customer service!!! Keep up it up. I am a repeat customer and worth the drive to Lone Star Shredding in Mercedes, TX.Thank You.

I’m be only used this company for my own personal use twice. However places I’ve worked over the years used this company for their needs. Both times I used the company staff was friendly. Drop offs and pick ups were easy. Definitely recommend this company for ure shredding needs.

Met with Ms. Esqueda (Chief Operating Officer), she provided a tour of the facility, I was able to meet most of her staff and we discussed shredding, storage and imaging opportunities. It is obvious Ms. Esqueda is a pioneer being a minority owner in the industry and has a vision on how to grow the business. On top of it all she is into charity work and giving back to the community!

Had a real bad experience on 01/08/2020 with the lady that answered the phone. When I hesitated and asked for an explanation on how to get some documents sherdded she got irritated and rudely hung up on me. Went with Valley shredding a very friendly and hospital staff.

Very professional and friendly. I was notified 30 minutes before arrival, which was helpful. Juan was excellent and shredded the documents while I watched.
