zero stars should given for this! Went in for a specific hair style. Provided a visual/photo on how I wanted my hair. Nearly toward the end it was not anywhere near how the photo was. Her response, "she got emotional cutting my hair and was thinking of another photo". With the picture presented there was no front layers/chopping on one side. She wanted to fix it, but it was already ruined. I did not want her to continue. Keep in mind, it was a simple medium hair cut with long bang in the front to cut my already grown long straight hair I had. I would recommend getting your hair services done else where! that is my last bad experience there!

I tried this business first for pedicure and was impressed with their friendliness and the cleanliness of the facility. Went back for a haircut and was very pleased with the stylist and my hair. Will definitely be going back!

Loved the place. They only take walk in clients on Saturday and it’s close to home. The young lady I had was a new employee, can’t remember her name, buy she is very nice, has a daughter, and did an excellent job on my mani pedi. I will definitely be back.

My experience with fancy nails was extremely incredible. I'm from Harlingen and I couldn't seem to find a good nail tech. So one day I was driving and google a place in Mercedes and I found fancy nails. So I decided to drive their and give it a try. That day it was slow so a nail tech said, "I can do your nails now", I was like OMG great! So let me tell you Denise is my tech from now on. She does such an amazing job. I drive to Mercedes just because I finally found an amazing tech. Thank you Denise for the wonderful job. Very friendly environment. So, ladys stop complaining that you waited for a long time. "We know better to place an appointment", that way we don't wait that long. ~Cristina~

I got some basic nails no design and they definitely over changed me there prices are ridiculous now and my nails hurt so bad after getting my set which has never happened to me before this was my go to place but i will definitely not be returning.

Sorry. One of my biggest pet peeves is waiting, secondly is being told and hour and it is way past an hour wait…..
They do excellent work; however I tried to make and appointment and they talked me out of it. I walked in and waited a very long time. Hour 1/2. We were having a Mommy/Daughter day. I wanted to leave but my kid likes their work so I waited. She was disappointed when I told her we had to head home because we spent the majority of the morning/afternoon there. 4 stars is only based on my inability of wasting time. I suggest taking appointments if not then make it clear it is a walk in bases only.

Horrible customer service! The owner needs to stop ordering her staff around, gossiping and to work on her English language skills. She lacks professionalism. The salon is filthy and unkept. If you have to utilize a bathroom it’s outdoors and filthy. I will never, ever go back. When I’m not treated with decency, respect and dignity I take my business and money elsewhere.
