I LOVE this Eddie Bauer store located in the Mercedes outlets. The only down side is the employees. They always seem disgruntled and not willing to go out of their way to help out shoppers. Ever since associate "Lira" left, I don't enjoy going into the store as much to shop. She was very kind every time we came in. We have been shopping here often since they opened in 2007 (I think that's accurate), and she would go out of her way to help us shop every time! It's not the same without her.*Update 12/20/21 at 11am…We shopped here for last minute Christmas gifts and the prices weren’t good at all. Shelves reflected 50% off and the price tags & they all had full prices on them. One t-shirt type shirt priced at $30? Bad quality, thin fabrics, not even nice colors. Eddie Bauer lost a 20 year customer today. The lady employee there was rude too!

Great products. The tags are not the right price and even doing mental math with whatever 50% or 70% discount is weird. It would be better to just put the newest price. If the store wanted to show the original price for that "Ross feeling" and "Compared to original price", then leave the original price visible and place the new sticker to just cover the barcode or something.I am glad they started accepting cash since their computer system or network went down over a week ago, but manually writting down the credit card info is problematic. Someone could very well walk in with a cancelled or maxed out credit card with overdraft disabled, and essentially take the stuff for free. Corporate, help this store out.
