“I have been shopping at this AEO location for several years! I am always coming back due to their roomy clearance section. The only issues that I've had is that I usually get attitude from the cashiers when I try to return or exchange merchandise. It is either because they are overwhelmed with a big wait line and are trying to make the checkout quick, or they flatout have no idea on what they are doing. I'd like to point out that the second reason why I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because they aren't as attentive as they should be at the fitting rooms. I usually wait an average of 4 minutes to get a fitting room unlocked even when there is no wait line! Other than that, this AEO department location is exceptional and I honestly hope that the clearance section doesn't go out of stock after I post this review!”

“Great products. The tags are not the right price and even doing mental math with whatever 50% or 70% discount is weird. It would be better to just put the newest price. If the store wanted to show the original price for that "Ross feeling" and "Compared to original price", then leave the original price visible and place the new sticker to just cover the barcode or something.I am glad they started accepting cash since their computer system or network went down over a week ago, but manually writting down the credit card info is problematic. Someone could very well walk in with a cancelled or maxed out credit card with overdraft disabled, and essentially take the stuff for free. Corporate, help this store out.”
