I put in a request for HOLD MAIL. Received my confirmation number and confirmation of my HILD MAIL.
I continued to get my.I formed Deluvery notices of my mail they should have been holding for me.
Came back just over 2 weeks later and 2 pieces of my mail were delivered and NOTHING was HELD.
I relieved NO notice or explanation. Where are my sensitive financial pieces of mail?
No notices, explanation, nothing!!!
No wonder they are going broke and delivering for fed ex and upset cheaper. They are failures at their only job. Deliver the mail.
Then, today I went in to place a forwarding address request. They said I HAD to get the bar code which will be delivered to OLD address of which is no longer mine. How the hell can I get the barcode to confirm it's me? Why the hell couldn't the office personnel have just gotten a copy of my ID when I was at the counter submitting my request?
Now, I have to drive an hour to old address and open a mailbox that may well have the new tenants Mail in it!! That puts my life in danger AND looks like I'm stealing other people's mail which is a felony if I'm accused of tampering. If I'm at someone else residence looking in the mailbox, then how am I supposed to explain that to.law enforcement???
This is a true failure of something that should be simple. All other compa is accept a scan of your Identification for confirmation. Why can't USPS?
Why can't they HOLD my mail? WHY COULDNT they NOT email me since they had my email for the confirmation number?
I bet they remember their bank location and payday, though.

Not only "the friendliest post office in Texas" but also the hardest working and most efficient. I am an online seller and when I drop things off at this post office they begin tracking and ultimately arrive more quickly than if I drop them off at the larger (and meaner) post office in McKinney.

Everyone that works here are some wonderful and kind. Especially Michelle she is the most helpful and sweetest person. If at any point you ever need any assistance she is right there to lend a hand or knowledge.

Yet AGAIN, absolute failure to pick up a package that I scheduled to be picked up. I paid extra for the service and you failed again. What frustrates me more is there is no accountability in the PO! Who do I call? Who do I talk to? Who is in charge to make sure business is being handled properly. Come on, at least strive to the level of mediocre.

What wonderful service! Most of the time you go into the post office and the clerks are already in a bad mood because they work for the government and they think it’s a requirement but not here. Polite, courteous and informative. Thank you so much.

I recently moved to Melissa and I handle fulfillment for a business called Permaplug. I have used many different USPS locations over the years and the Melissa location is on top of their game. They always scan in the packages within a couple hours and are always very prompt, polite, and professional. Thank you, team!

Tiny tiny Post Office that desperately needs to catch up to the growing population. Super nice employees who are friendly and helpful. Full service in a tiny place.

Will be calling the post office for the 3rd time this week for packages getting delivered to the wrong box. Didn't get a key for one of them, and the wrong keys for the others. Not sure how this is happening so much. Our whole neighborhood (brookside) is fed up because it's happening to everyone. If I can't get my packages back who is going to be responsible? I know I'm not taking a loss on a $200 item. Yall will be hearing from us when you open today.

Had a package get delivered Tuesday 08/01 to our locker box. Checked my mail slot only to see the key to the locker wasn't in there. Thought a neighbor might have had it so I waited. Friday, the USPS guy knocks and tells a household member that the key to the box is missing. Doesn't tell us how to retrieve the box NOR did he simply just bring the box to our house AS he is telling them that the box is inside the locker. The math aint mathin for me, how am I suppose to get my package if the key is missing? Why are you letting my package soak in that hot box instead of just bringing it to my house? Guess ill get it whenever they dont feel lazy to walk 10 steps to my door.

a package to me was delivered to the wrong post box. I've been up to the post office a few times to get this figured out and for them to correct the delivery information so i may get a refund. They are ignoring me. How do i contact the post master?

It seems silly to me to rate a post office, but they are literally so nice each and every time. We moved to Melissa a year and a half ago and I just love our little post office and the employees.

I've been twice in two days and each time Angela went above and beyond to help me mail out materials for my business going to different states! She was seriously so helpful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
