My car was shaking so badly , got me super worried. The staff were so kind and professional and they went above and beyond to ensure that they identified the issue and fixed it in a very short and timely manner. This is not an auto shop that will take advantage of a person who is knows nothing about cars, they focus on minimizing cost and ensuring that the customer is happy. I am super thankful that on the day l was exhausted from working night shift, they were so kind and dropped my car to my house. I would highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to the shop. You will not be disappointed. Thank you! Thank you!

I consulted Zee to review the work I need to do on the front body on my Camry recently . He took time to understand my needs and explained to me the total repair process and ensure efficient handling of Insurance company after I drop my vehicle. He took care of every minute thing while the repair process and ensured that his work met the highest quality standard and satisfaction to us . He is very professional , trustworthy , knowledgeable and expert in his work. He ensured constant dialog on the progress of repair until he handed over our car back to the customer.
He not only took care of repairs but took full responsibility on one minor issue that arose after a couple of days of driving and ensured timely resolution by going above and beyond . Thank you Zee for the great work , collaboration and perseverance to ensure full satisfaction of your customer. We highly recommend “USA Body Shop Collision” if someone wants to outsource all his problems to Zee meeting a high standard of work .

The owner, Zee, is my mechanic as long as he is in business! He treats us with the utmost respect and care. He works so much harder than expected, is always available, and has even come to my house to help me get my car started so I didn’t have to tow it. He is an honest person with integrity and has always told me what I can fix now and fix later or what may come up next. He always works with me to keep my van running and I am super grateful for his help!

The owner, Zee is honest, knowledgeable and a man of his word.What an excellent job he did repairing my car that was in a collision! So glad we found this body shop! The first one we sent our F150 to was trying to total it based off of pictures without even looking at it in person so I immediately went on Google to find another shop and so thankful we found Z with USA Body shop! He stayed in contact with us the entire time our truck was at his shop and went above and beyond for us! From being with insurance and pricing he stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on. Not only did they clean the inside of the truck and got most of the glass out they even dropped off the truck at our house when it was finished! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We are beyond happy and blessed to have found this shop. They helped us so much by fixing our truck since it was a pretty big job to do with all the damage. They made our F150 look brand new like when we bought it! We are beyond grateful to have found this shop! Definitely will be recommending this shop to everyone we know and will be bringing both our vehicles here for future needs!

I highly recommend USA Body Shop Collision. They did an excellent job repairing my truck. Zee went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and I was happy with the outcome. The best body shop in north McKinneyMaybe even the best in north Texas.Great employees and the boss is very nice and offers free coffee and snacks to customers.The mechanics there are really good you can go in there with a totaled vehicle and it will come out better than the day you bought it.If you live near Melissa, Anna or McKinney I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Zeyad did an incredible job! I took my car in for auto collision repair so he provided a rental car right away. Nissan was not able to fix my Bluetooth issue but Zeyad managed to! He has outstanding customer service. Zeyad always kept me up to date with the status of my car. I highly recommend and my recommendation doesn’t come easy. As a woman business owner it is important to get reputable, professional, reasonably priced businesses and USA is all of the above. Z was communicative at all points and even had good authentic treats for me and my daughter when we picked her car up. Every shop contacted before them told me 2-3 months to get work and parts done. Z got it done in 1 month and most of the delay was because of the insurance company being back logged.
