“This is my local post office and I’m really happy with the service I get here.
Allen goes above and beyond for customers!! I had mailed a package but forgot to include something important in my package. Once I realized this, I drove back to the post office and Allen personally dug through the mail carts in the back to find my package!”
“I cannot describe how pleasant my experience was with the Van Alstyne Post Office today.A package was listed as delivered. When I checked, the package wasn’t there. I called over to the Post Office and spoke with the Post Master.Long story short: he asked that I give it another hour or so and if the package hasn’t arrived to call him back.I did get the package about 45 minutes later. Didn’t want to call to the Post office again since I was sure they were crazy busy.In an act that I don’t see anymore, the Post Master called me back to confirm I received the package. Love the follow through”

“Kris saved the day! I’m giving 5 stars due to the employee’s professionalism and willingness to offer real assistance and come up with solutions rather than make excuses! We’ve been frustrated due to a recent move and not yet being able to access our mail. Kris stayed on the phone and helped walked me through a solution and even finalized it when I couldn’t and sent me confirmation! I feel so much relief knowing that the final solution is on the works and the temporary solution put in place! Thank you KRIS!”

“Not only "the friendliest post office in Texas" but also the hardest working and most efficient. I am an online seller and when I drop things off at this post office they begin tracking and ultimately arrive more quickly than if I drop them off at the larger (and meaner) post office in McKinney.”
