We love Pet Paradise. We have been boarding our dogs there for several years. The people that work there are great and our two chow chows are well taken care of. We have peace of mind when we leave our pups there. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot recommend Pet Paradise highly enough. This facility goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for pets. My dog Stone stayed here while I was away on vacation, and I could tell he was comfortable, happy, and having a blast the whole time.The staff at Pet Paradise is phenomenal. They gave Stone so much love and attention, providing walks, playtime, cuddles - everything he could need to feel right at home. I was amazed at how bonded the staff seemed with Stone when I picked him up, knowing his personality and his favorite games. It's clear they take the time to get to know each pet.The facility itself is amazing too. The suites are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor play areas where pets can run around and socialize. I knew he was safe and in great hands.Pet Paradise truly cares about each pet as an individual. They go above and beyond basic boarding and really nurture pets during their stay. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for Stone. I would recommend Pet Paradise to any pet owner without hesitation.This is five-star pet care all around!

What a great experience for myself and dogs! We've had so many bad experiences at other boarding facilities, it is so NICE TO FINALLY NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE DOGS! Thank you Pet Paradise for all that you do!

We had to make last minute plans because ours fell through. I called up and they were booked but would let me know if something changed. Sure enough she called me a couple days before our trip and she had room. The facility was clean and Louie, who is an 80lb pit mix had plenty of room for all his favorite things, his bed, blankets and toys. He had access, like at home, to be inside or outside. The best part they sent me several photos throughout the trip with no complaints which put my heart at rest so I can feel comfortable all was good with my furbaby! I was so impressed when we picked him up that he was so excited to see us but still wanted to say goodbye to them with a nudge and lick to the face. We are leaving again next month and very happy to use them again! Highly recommend!

long overdue review! we’ve boarded at Pet Paradise Resort several times over the past year and have nothing but good things to say! We always feel comfortable boarding here and know that our pup is in good hands. Highly recommend!

We have had our boys stay twice now in prep for a longer trip we have coming up. They have been great. Our boys are not social and the staff keeps a good eye on them and makes sure they play safe. I feel so comfortable leaving them here.

I've been bringing Kona to Pet Paradise over the course of the last 11 months and she loves it! The staff are always very friendly, they remember my little goldendoodle when we walk in, and make sure to feed her her Fruit Loops as a treat. I wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else.

What a joy to have such an amazing daycare/boarding for our Weimeraner Hendrix. Our dog comes home so happy and loved. We have never had such a great experience leaving our dog. We plan to book with them whenever we travel! Great staff and owner everyone is so kind and professional.

Glad I found this place to board my 2 cocker spaniels. They are friendly and take great care of my dog. It’s not as big as some of the kennels which I like because my dogs get more individual attention. Highly recommend

Sherrie and her team are amazing. My two pups are always excited to go for grooming or boarding. The team always puts me at ease when I leave my pups in their care.

Well, we used to take our dogs here all the time. Seemed that they cared and took good care of them. Left them there for a week and a half this month because of a trip we took. Called multiple times to check on how our pups were doing, and especially make sure the older one that had a tumor removed late last year was doing well. They never answered, so I left a message explaining my worry and asking for a call back. Nothing. When we got back, we got no explanation, and found out he had more meds left than he should have and a fresh cut on his leg. I can't even be sure to whom they gave the meds that were missing. For the meds screw up, they said sorry and that they'd look into it and call us. A week later, we have yet to hear from them. Glad we got back when we did, and hopefully minimized any damage.

My dogs were put in isolation over an incident that wasn't properly told. We were only briefly notified of the isolation and not why. When picking up our dogs both were covered in urine, smelled terrible, had eye gunk covering their eyes, and for a bit didn't even recognize us. Lucy didn't even come back with her collar. Elm has been acting skiddish ever since he was brought back. Also the fact that they lost weight during their stay. They were in fact supposed to gain weight and when feeding them at home ended up being so aggressive over food. They usually are not aggressive over food in this way. I am incredibly disappointed with how they were cared for. We had used pet paradise before and they were fine but this experience makes us unlikely to ever take our pets there again. Reposting on google reviews from yelp. There are multiple reviews on yelp of dogs coming back injured and dehydrated vs here only having positive reviews which is.. Interesting...
