Just spoke with Judy, asked a simple question: "what size is your boat storage?" Her reply was I think it's 30 feet. When I asked her to confirm the size, her response was for me to drive there and confirm myself. I said I'm holding my 3 month old, could y'all measure? She said no and hung up on me!How do they not know the size of their units?Clearly only care about money and not customer service.I would give zero stars if I could

Mr. Otis Devine is way too old and senile to run his own business. I brought my RUNNING rv up here and parked it next to one that was old and run down because the owner ASKED me to. Now he’s getting confused and thinks my rv is the run down one next to it. Now I’m having to move it again. He wasted my time, money and gas. He seems like a nice guy but he has no idea what he’s doing. WORST BUSINESS EVER.
