I have to give an Ultimate thankyou to Burls Used car dealership, they have been there for me through the good and bad! I finally paid my car off and it is still in good condition. Thank you Mr.Burl for believing in me and thank you for being understanding you are a honest guy that really cares about your customers!!! And I must say an amazing thank you to Chrissy she has been a Blessing in my life if I needed anything she has been there for me and cheering me on to get my car paid for she is a human angel. This is a place that honestly wants you to succeed in life!!! And thank you to the mechanics for always fixing my car when is need maintenance, overall everyone here has been a Blessing thank you for what you do, you have made a huge difference in my life. Burl is such a great guy he always is one to Crack a joke or two and makes you feel welcome and his staff Cody goes over and beyond i was having car troubles after a medical problem needed a quick fix and they made sure I was tooken care of I have been doing business with burl two years he has not let me down at all burl doesn't have to help fix the cars or give oil changes but he's just an stand up guy God bless burl and his staff

Owner’s son said 2021 RAV4 had been in accident, nothing substantial, that lots of cars get in accidents & drive fine. We drive 4 hours to find out son was “sick” and forgot to mention the air bags were never replaced, reeked of cigarettes, missing jack handle. Disgusting waste of time & gas! Communication goes a long way; DO BETTER!
