“I recently had my Volvo XC60 in at The Body Shop in McKinney to get some work done my vehicle. The technician who performed the work on my car did an absolute brilliant job. But the best part of the process was dealing with my Consultant Quincy who not only took complete care of me but went the extra mile by getting in some touch up paint from the Volvo Dealership to get rid of some stone chips, which he did himself. I will never take another vehicle to anyone else other than The Body shop in McKinney”
“I would say their business as a company is exemplary. The specialty technician Devin that worked on my automobile did the best he could do with what I gave him. The manager was awesome and nice to communicate with. The only draw back I would say they need to work on is the phone system in place. Every time I called, only Zack from accessories would answer. Even when I left messages I got no reply. It was only when I actually bothered the manager through his personal cell phone that I got a reply. I’m sorry about that. All in all, I have no hood shake anymore and I feel happier and safer driving over 120 mph. Thanks for being the only company out of 47 I called in the metroplex to tackle this job.”

“They are great with everything. Juan will work with insurance and no insurance. Make sure you wash your car before taking it in, if it's really muddy or dirty. Makes it easier for them to tell what's damaged. Most importantly it helps the paint guy match and blend perfectly. I will tell you this. Juan is a great guy and I won't take my card anywhere else for body shop work or paint. My mom had a Lexus RX350. She kept scratching it on garage door. Would take it to Lexus. Lexus ripped her off so many times that I said no more mom. We take it to Juan. Lexus wouldn't blend. So the car looked like a striped zebra. Juan took it and made repairs. Then the paint guy was up to bat. You will not find a better paint guy in the country. My mom's car came back brand new. No more Lexus spray paint jobs. Everything was blended.
I promise you that you won't go wrong. His shop may not look like a billion dollar hotel room for your car. It looks like a body shop and you get better work for a better price.”

This is not an auto shop that will take advantage of a person who is knows nothing about cars, they focus on minimizing cost and ensuring that the customer is happy.
