I had my hair cut and colored with Abby today and I asked for something pretty difficult. I wanted most of my hair colored from uneven brown to natural black and with a couple very blonde/white pieces around the face. She was so meticulous about keeping the colors separated and perfect and I love how it turned out! She took more time than she anticipated to make sure everything came out perfectly and was careful to protect my hair from damage. Abby was so friendly and fun, along with Mary Ann and Taylor who were both helping to color and manage my really long hair. Everyone was so knowledgeably, professional and sweet. I am so thankful I found Bella Couture Salon and will be returning for all of my hair needs!

I recently visited bella couture and had an exceptional experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The salon's atmosphere was both stylish and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for relaxation.
My stylist, Abby , was incredibly attentive and truly listened to my preferences and concerns. They offered insightful suggestions and demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and skill. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process, and the result was nothing short of amazing.
Not only did Abby give me a fantastic balayage , but they also provided excellent advice on how often I should touch up the color. The products used were top-notch, leaving my hair feeling healthier and more vibrant than ever.
I also want to highlight the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. Every precaution was taken to ensure a safe and hygienic experience, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, my visit to Bella couture was an absolute delight. If you're looking for a place that combines talent, care, and a wonderful ambiance, look no further. I highly recommend Bella couture and especially Abby.

Wonderful color every time.
Updating this after 2 years as a customer, because I love going here for cut and color. Marcia does a wonderful job with creating natural looking color and highlights everytime. That combined with my cut- Fantastic. At the end of each visit, it is perfect. Even when I want to change things up to tweak the color or transition to a different style, it is wonderful every time.
I also need to give a shout out to the staff here for always being so welcoming. I am so glad I found this salon.

I absolutely love this salon. The staff are all so friendly and personable. I see Abby for my highlights and bang trims and she does an absolutely fabulous job every time. She is very professional and patient with my hair and has taken her time in trying to correct past hair mistakes. I absolutely recommend this salon and refer all of my friends here!

Tried them for the first time. Marsha(not sure of spelling) cut my daughter's hair. She was super personable and attentive. For the first time in a long time my daughter loves her cut(she has curly hair). Definitely recommend. It was a little pricey. So if you are concerned about cost ask before booking. But sometimes paying more, leads to a better outcome.

I had an awesome experience at the downtown hair salon in Melissa, Bella Couture! The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful from the moment I walked in. Mary Ann listened carefully to what I wanted and provided great suggestions to suit my hair type and lifestyle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a truly enjoyable visit. Mary Ann paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that I left feeling confident and happy with my new look. A gem in downtown Melissa! From the initial consult to the finishing touches on a service, Mary Ann & her team are true professionals and masters of their craft. I appreciate how thoughtfully they consider hair goals, coloring, and face shape when making any suggestions. I was able to show Mary Ann a few pictures, discuss my goals, and she knocked it out of the park, transforming my hair from dull and lifeless to bright and bouncy.
The overall salon experience (beverages & snacks, luxe products, comfortable shampoo chairs) just adds to an already wonderful appointment!

I would give it 0 star if possible, they ruined my daughter's hair because the product they used or mixed almost burned her hair, good thing she removed it before it actually did serious damage but she was uncomfortable for couple of weeks. On top of that they charged for service and product over $300 but she didn't get what she went for, because the product had a reaction no color was applied. Audacity of this place to charge ridiculous amount for the service that was never rendered as promised but because they used the product they had to charge that's the explanation provided. It should be their responsibily to check and properly mix the product, I guess Saturday the attendant probably wanted to leave soon for her plans. Awful customer service and owner who runs it not even an apology on their screw up

There prices on the website are incorrect and technically need to be updated because they charge by the hour: up to $100 an hour for a simple highlight. Went to do a consult for my roots / a partial highlight (already 90% blonde) and was given a price of $300 without a haircut. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I been consulted for so much for so little coverage. VERY VERY EXPENSE!!! Achieved the results I wanted for 1/2 the price with all the bells and whistles. Don’t be surprised if you get a different price in the chair and don’t be afraid to walk away if the price is more than you expected.

So, we are thinking of moving to the area and I desperately needed a haircut. Unfortunately, we were only going to be here 2 days. Yesterday, I called several salons after checking reviews and Abby at Bella Couture Salon actually answered the phone. She was able to get me in for my "emergency" hair cut today and I couldn't be happier. I have scheduled a color in 3 weeks when we return to the area. I loved Mary Ann, the owner, who made me a cup of tea and treated me like a friend. So far, Texas is batting 1,000 and this salon hit it out of the park today. Thank you, Abby! See you in a few weeks.

Abby was my wonderful stylist and Mary Ann was amazing to me as well. Abby gave me the best consultation that I’ve ever had and came up with a plan to fix the mess that my hair was in. I absolutely loved how my highlights turned out and have gotten so many compliments. I will also add that I have been to many salons where the stylist did not treat each other very well and here was the complete opposite. Absolutely everyone was wonderful to me and to each other and stepped into help each other out. I will definitely be back to see Abby! .

It's hard to find a salon close by which delivers quality service without wasting your time. I am super glad I found this one- a quaint and beautiful looking salon with quality professionals on whom you can trust your hair with! Going to be my go to place!

I tried this salon several times. I wanted warm blonde hilights and always receive very cool, even with pictures for reference. Staff is very snooty as well.
