The wait is never long. The staff is attentive and friendly. All of the doctors are kind and engaged with the dogs and their humans. Everything is explained simply. It's evident how much they really care about the best treatment for your animals.

One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was lay my boy to rest. They made it less painful by walking me through every step. They sent us a sympathy card and his memorial is beautiful.
