For the most part I’ve had no problems with pharmacy but there were a few times I’ve dealt with a male pharmacy tech (tall black male)who is extremely rude. I could tell he has no patience and acted like I was bothering him for trying to get my prescriptions refilled. He’s sassy af and I hate when I have to deal with him. I’m pulling my prescriptions bc I don’t have to put up with someone who hates their job.

Very busy pharmacy - walk-ins and drive throughs- but pharmacy staff manage the traffic to the best they could, they appear not bothered by complainers, they just do their jobs, pharmacist Tuan or Doan, very respectful and helpful.

Worst pharmacy service ever gave my mother wrong medication returned it they charged her 758 dollars would not refund it. Told me I could not file a complaint. Filed Medicare complaint pharmacy manager called next day accused me of not understanding how busy they were and "we all make mistakes" I am a nurse and they have my mother a medication she was allergic to. No refund, no apology, no acknowledgment. Pay close attention pharmacy staff not fluent in English and store filthy constantly. Corporate notified and was informed store has had "multiple issues"

I walked in and was immediately followed by a female who stood next to me on my right as I looked at trial size products. She left and a minute or two later appeared on my left. I had the item I was going to and did purchase in my hand. I looked at her and she walked away. Cashier was courteous, made eye contact and wished me a good day.

This Walgreens by far is the best location ever. The service is always top tier, they make you feel like you really matter and the young lady Kayla(I think) she deserves so much recognition she is a complete doll. And today I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from the manager and I think his name was Andre. You guys have no idea how many times I was going through tragic events in my life and how the encounters with your staff eased my grief THANK YOU!

This in only in regard to the pharmacy and their complete lack of communication with patients - especially when there is a delay of any kind. I recently received an email that a medication I take is "out of stock." I call a week later, because, of course, no follow-up on their part. They tell me "it's an insurance issue; it's too soon to refill." These are two entirely different things. And honestly, they have screwed up refilling this medication so often, that sometimes I don't get it until the next month, so I miss a month entirely - which they usually somehow blame on me. I'm going to pull ALL of my prescriptions from Walgreens and find another pharmacy. I can't deal with this level of consistent incompetence any longer (this pre-dates COVID, so it's not the lack of or turnover of staff). Anything has to be better than this.

They have a heckuva deal on Snickers! A nice store with all the sundries and "as seen on TV" merchandise you could need. They got a primary care clinic in there too but it was closed. The Reese's cups were on sale too!

EDIT: I LITERALLY HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE THEY COULDNT EVEN TAKEN A PASSPORT PHOTO TO SPECIt could be an alright place but it's absolutely mismanaged to oblivion. They torture their front staff with absolutely no backup, the pharmacy is the slowest in the area, the passport photo was supposed to be 10 minutes, it's over an hour and still waiting. The management takes a punishing approach as when you ask them why the photos aren't done they actively ignore you and stop working the photo booth. Corporate truly needs to look into this location

I have $5 coupon but somehow I can’t redeem them, so I asked the manager to help me. She pretended to be nice and help by using my Walgreen cash reward for my order and said she just gave me $5 off coupon. Basically she just took my cash credit without asking and she pretend to be so nice by saying she just gave me $5off. This is ridiculous and scamming.

Very aggravating. One of the employees had decided to turn everything that should be SPOKEN into ad-libbed SONG!!!! She was at the Register, Mgr was right there watching & hearing. Then the gal went to do work elsewhere, incl photo counter. Continued the damn singing. Sang in front of Boss including "I don't care if they don't like it." Then, when she finished with a photo customer, she had to sing "I can help somebody else," I'm thinking she's on a manic swing & missed her meds this week.

There is never any communication with the people in this pharmacy I call no one answers. Before you can pick up meds, they put them back and don't have them. If they aren't available or covered, they don't tell you I've been waiting for days for my medication, and I'm a dialysis patient. I can't be without my meds!!! So save your time people go to your local CVS or anywhere else bit here!!! If I could give no stars I would

I see why the stars are low. I visited this location twice in one day. My earlier visit was awesome. The young man took care of my digital coupon with no problem. One of the coupons didn't come off so he did the honors and gave me my discount with no problem. I came back later this evening because I saw another coupon I wanted to use. It did not come off. I showed the cashier my phone where I had it downloaded. She called the manager so we can so him and he said there was nothing he could do. But little did he know...the manager earlier corrected it for me. So he flat out lied to my face. I didn't argue and I left and went to another location where my coupon came off with no problem. They need to work on their customers service skills by fixing the problem at hand.
