“I pulled in on 02/14/2023 and the mechanic aksed me what was the problem i explained to him that i had a leak in one of my 2010 f-150 truck tires. He told ne it would be about an hour and a half wait. I said ok, he then proceeded to look at my tire and said he will spray it to see where the leak was coming from. He found out the leak was coming from the vavle stem then proceeded to to fix it right then and there in all about a few minutes. I didn't have to wait at all.I was more than pleased with the level of his generosity, customer service and respect. Thank you NTB employees for helping me get back on the road safely!! I recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with their battery, tires ect. If i could give 100 stars I would without question.”

“I had curb rash all over four of my rims and even one of my rims was bent. Gareeb and his team dipped all of my rims and even got the dent from my rims out! They look brand spanking NEW! The time was also impressive. My car was ready in less than 24 hours! Superb service, I have never recieved my car so fast in my life! He also installed new tires on my car! “My 16 year olds son has his first car that needed its first maintenance that required brakes, then it started shaking! I initially went to a place that wanted to charge me $700 just for the brakes and then listed off about 15 other things that MUST be done that totaled $1400! I was not about to pay that much to say the least and then felt like there was an extra charge for me being a woman! Welll the issue begin to worsen over the weekend which led me to having to make some tough decisions fast to ensure the safety of my kid, so I Googled The best tire shops and GOOD TIRES popped up.There were only a few reviews but I am so glad I used those as a guide and came over. AS SOON AS I got here they greeted me with kindness and eager to help. Do you know he mentioned because I am a lady he wants to make sure i am safe he gave me a discount! He informed me the need to have a couple things that needed to be done but provided me order of importance to save on costs. When I tell you they gave me front brakes with rotors, pads and 2 new tires for less than what I was going to be charged just for the brakes!!! These folks REALLY REALLY GENUINELY care about their customers to ensure the car is safe with economical value. They ordered my brakes and had them delivered so no two or three day repair. Then to add a cherry on top they gave me a discount to return to get the work I wasn't able to get today at a lesser price only because they said it's so important for my safety. Get this the service is usually about $150 at normal places and they are giving me almost 50% off but understand that is their NORMAL price.I don't know what work you need done to your car today, but if you want a place with amazing customer service with unbeatable prices, then look no further than Good Tires! They are an ALL SERVICE mechanic facility, tires, brakes, oil changes, even major work..stop in today, you will find your new one stop shop for all your car maintenance needs. It is definitely the spot we will visit each time we need repair!Thank you Good Tires for such great service!!”
