I HAVE GONE TO THIS PLACE AND SEEN MARY FOR MANY YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HER SERVICE LIKE I WAS TODAY. SHE CHOPPED MY HAIR UP AS IF SHE WAS CUTTING WITH NO CARE OF STYLE. SHE GETS IN SUCH A HURRY AND DOESNT EVEN LOOK AT WHAT SHE IS DOING. I SHOWED HER A DETAIL VIDEO OF A STYLE I WANTED AND SHE DIDNT EVEN COME CLOSE. HER BUSINESS IS TO GET THE HAIR CUT MAKE HER MONEY AND ON TO THE NEXT. SHE DOES NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HAPPY IF YOU ARE NOT SHE IS LIKE OH WELL. SHE SAID SHE DID WHAT WAS ASKED AND I DIDNT ASK TO HAVE MY HAIR CHOPPED UP. IF YOU WANT A PATICULAR CUT DO NOT GO IN SHE CAN ONLY CUT ONE WAY AND ONE WAY ONLY. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HER EVER. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING HER TO THE BOARD. AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT OR COLORED SHE WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR.

Mary did a great job for a $25 hair cut. She was super fast, efficient and really wanted what was best for my hair. I was very hesitant to get 2 inches of hair cut off, but she knew it was for the best and it all worked out in the end. My hair feels much better now and is less uneven and scraggly. I only had a blunt hair cut done, so I cant attest for any highlights or facials. But I would come back for sure.

This is my favorite shop for eyebrow threading in Houston, and I have tried plenty. Mary does an excellent job every time!
