Scheduled an appointment today for tire rotation and Balance. I was told I needed all 4 new tires and given the quote of over $1000 because my tires are at 5/32 and one tire is at 4/32. Because of this thread pattern, I was refused service to get my “Tire Lifetime” rotation & balance. As tires were previously purchased at this very same discount tire for over $1000 as well. This is unprofessional as it seem’s Dylan is only trying to upsell tires. 5/32 is still good and they only recommend to replace 4/32, Not a requirement. Michelin defender tires only a year old. You would expect to have some warranty. But Dylan did not speak of such thing, so leaves me to believe he only wants to sell.

They have free air check lane there are 5 cars in line we have been waiting for more then 15-20 minutes. I see employee working but there isn’t a single person at the air check lane. I understand that it is free service they are providing but the wait time is too long. If they can’t keep up with it then they should stop the service. Is not like they are not getting any sales out of this.

Came in for a low air possibly a nail check. After waiting an hour on a quite busy day, I said to the counter service that I may not have time for another hour. The gentleman said I am next on line. Within 5 minutes they pulled my car in for service. Explained no nail found but cleaned lots dusts on around wall tire. Great customer service. They got my 5 star.

I had a bit of disagreement with James over the agreed price. He communicated politely and professionally even when we disagreed!
I had to reach out to customer service to get my issue escalated but James did the right thing and took care of us above and beyond.

Came in with my son today and got used tire. Employee Christian and James agreed on price but James later changed it by a trick. Christian stood by his words but James persisted saying it’s new tire and stuff while he knows it’s a return tire considered used in his inventory.
