“I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. “Super happy with the folks at Precision Alignment & Brake! I needed to have my truck's exhaust tip moved because it interfered with my aftermarket bumper step and I couldn't use it.Stopped by on my day off while running errands just to inquire if they would do the work and if I would need to schedule it. Exhaust guy was in the middle of a full exhaust system job but looked at what I needed done and said he would do it right then if I had 30 minutes. I said sure and job was done in 15 minutes!Never expected them to do the work that day and put off having this done for way too long because I thought I wouldn't have my truck for an entire day.Thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work and them knocking the job out while I waited!”

“I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution.
I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.

“Brought a newer truck which had been hit on the front bumper, destroying mostly the bumper. This was not an incident that I used insurance for due to it not being major. The owners were very fair in working a deal to fix this, followed by excellent scheduling and had it done within the same week. They ordered the bumper and components needed, got those within a few days, I took my truck on a morning and had it back the next day (would have been same day but there was an extra part that was needed and only came to light after disassembly). Had a great experience as most body shops won't give you any of their time unless you use insurance. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.”
