“I decided I wanted to get my hair done yesterday, and I was looking for an appointment everywhere. I came across this salon and booked for the same evening with Pam B. I noticed a lot of reviews about her and let me just say the reviews do not do her justice. She is fantastic, and incredibly welcoming.Pam just knows her stuff and there is never a dull moment with conversation. I am so excited to book my deep conditioning treatment with her. She simply tells you what you need or recommends which I love! I would highly recommend her and the salon it is absolutely stunning. I also would like to say that the price was absolutely reasonable I was expecting $90 to $100 but to my surprise it was $60 with my thick hair.They also offer so many different services, can’t go wrong with giving this place a try!”

“A colleague recommended Cato for adding some new pieces to my back to school (teacher) closet. First time shopping at Cato. Sybil was so helpful. I felt like I had a personal stylist helping step out of my comfort zone. She was personable and not pushy. All the staff at this location were so helpful and kind. The prices were very reasonable. Every aisle was spotless. I never see a team of cleaners i only see 1 guy, And this store is huge so if he is the only one cleaning the store than He needs a reward because this place was spotless. “My husband and I were on vacation from Las Vegas, We decided to shop this location because we had never been to a boot barn in Texas, and our Vegas store has a limited selection on jeans and clothing. I was extremely impressed, this store has an amazing selection of Mens and women's clothing, boots any thing else you need.The customer service is absolutely amazing, Suszie and her staff were extremely helpful and very nice. “I have almost exclusively shopped with Lane Bryant stores for many years to my body being a plus size. Lane Bryant stores are a wonderful option for larger women with or without large bust sizes.I have found at nearly every store to be greeting warmly and with helpful and knowledgeable staff. This particular location -in McKinney, Texas- has by far the best customer service I have yet to experience.I understand that Lane Bryant offers assistance with helping you find your correct bust size, but associate Julianna went above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable and confident in a lingerie top. Assisting with buttoning and giving me positive reinforcement on my body.As I continued to peruse the store I found some incredible clearance options. One of which prompted this same employee to mention they also carried a clearance bra to match. She went and found it and remembered my size from earlier and encouraged me to try it on.It did not fit right and when I thought I would not be purchasing it, another helpful associate Meilee -whom we had been enthusiastically discussing flattering plus size underwear cuts and outfits casually throughout my visit- came to me and said to not be discouraged and to try an extender. I had never used one before. She showed me the item and even attached it to the garment and encouraged me to try it on again. It fit! And I was able to purchase this item as well. She also checked out my purchase and we continued a lovely conversation as if we were old friends catching up.To summarize, this store has amazing staff and I can honestly say I cannot wait to return to feel just as comfortable, beautiful, and like I am valued as a customer.”

One of those is our annual day after Thanksgiving girls trip to McKinney square to visit Cynthia Elliot Vanlandingham and all of her lovely staff at her adorable shop! We aren’t sure of the exact year we started this, but we do know it’s been well over 30 years! We try on beautiful and unique clothes and model for each other, all the while being pampered by Cynthia and friends! Then, my Mimi gets to pick her favorites for us and surprise us with them at Christmas! It is something I look forward to each year, and every year that goes by becomes more precious.
