Pam who works at the front was the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with ! Not only to me but she just must not like her job ! I walked in to inquire about peanut butter she said well I would assume it's on the grocery isle. I walked over there and I needed four jars for making peanut butter cookies I go up there and she told me there's a limit of two jars I said excuse me ? She said yes this is more than you need for household use! I literally left the peanut butter there and went to the Walgreens on Virginia which was 7 minutes away from this location, no issues friendliest staff by far Time to retire PAM !

Pretty bad experience with scheduling a covid test and getting to know that they are out of tests. General courtsey would have been to give a call to let the patient know that. Wasted my energy and time. Hopeless branch of Walgreens.

The female cashier was not experienced but patient and polite. The male store lead was very helpful and gave the greetings to the customers in the aisles with offering to find something (he seldom shows smile but he is willing to help). But he seemed not having the full knowledge on the use of store credits. The store is clean and organized.

I’ve been hard pressed to find a worse pharmacy than this one. All of the pharmacy techs look lost, they’re slow and never have enough help. I would definitely send your scripts somewhere else.

There are a lot of problems with this pharmacy - they don't always look for items covered by your insurance and they sometimes preferentially substitute Walgreens branded generic items rather than ask if you have a preference. My latest complaint is that they filled my Paxlovid prescription with a box that had already expired. Why not just shut down this pharmacy? I'm sure the headache and liability from lawsuit(s) will one day outweigh any possible potential for profitability. This Walgreens pharmacy can't be bothered to check expiration dates!

If I could rate 0 I would. The staff is unprofessional. I always say some people just need to stay home and live off their parents. The male pharmacists doesn't care either so don't waste your time. Some people just don't care. Go across the street to Appollo pharmacy if you want a real pharmacists that caresThese guys don't care.

I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription of vitamin D and another one of levothyroxine which they have filled up in the past as soon as mine ran out. I have one levothyroxine left so I went to the store to get my prescription. As I come to find out in the front desk, my prescription was not ready and the attended in front of me said it would take 2 hours to refill it. I was upset, I get very sleepy without the medication for my thyroid. I started asking questions of why and how come it would take so long. The boy who helped seemed like he was in training, which I completely understand. He could not answer but repeat that" it was not ready, and it would take 2 hours." I went to the front of the store and asked to talk to the pharmacy manager, as I am walking back, to my surprise, the man , Nickelson, was the man that was in the computer right by the side of my attendant. He did not address me or my questions even thou he saw the attendant struggling and he saw me getting more frustrated by the minute. The manager was the silent listening to the conversation. This is not a proactive, helping and present manager. Nickelson supposed to be a positive force for the pharmacy employees and help them. Unhappy costumers are a hinder to any business. Nickleson watch me and this boy struggle and did not step in to explain or help. The manager of the store 4994 in lake forest, Nickleson could have address this situation in so many ways. He left his employee in a hard position and left a frustrated customer with no answers. I had had my prescription in Walgreens for a while, but I do not wish to go back to that store.

The rest of the store is pleasurable but this is my second dealings with your pharmacist Mr. Leo. He is insecure and is constantly touting that he has such and such many years of experience as a pharmacist... Difficult to ask questions and talk to as he takes it as a challenge and personal insult to his knowledge and is constantly defending himself instead of giving customer service. Rude, poor customer service, argumentative to the point of having to go to another Pharmacy just to ask a question that this guy won't even work with you on. This is ridiculous . Such an unpleasant unhelpful attacking personality.

I stop by this Walgreen today July 22 about 1:00 pm to pick up prescription for my wife and have a horrible experience, the pharmacist and the technician are so unprofessional, yelling at my wife just because she just want to have one month supply instead of three months supply. I don’t believe Walgreens policy have any tolerance for this kind of behavior of their employees towards customer. Both of them need to be fired, my opinion! I wish I could give a negative star.

Awful experience. One month later and still trying to figure out my prescription status. Bad mistake to switch from CVS - poorly trained pharmacy techs and an argumentative pharmacist who doesn’t seem to understand why they have a sub 3 star rating.

Racially profiled me. I come in this store probably 4 or 5 times a month just to buy snacks. The one time I ever walked on the makeup isle and mind you I’m the only one in that section, I hear “customer needs assistance in cosmetics.” Not even in the store 1 min, not greeted but racially profiled as if Im going to steal some of your funky makeup. I was actually looking for a mirror but that’s ok. I’ll spend my coins somewhere else. The ones who actually be stealing, yall look the other way tho.

Walgreens is a chain of retail stores that offers a variety of products, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, health and beauty products, snacks, and drinks. The store I visited in McKinney is clean and well-lit, with well-organized aisles and friendly staff.I have had a good experience with Walgreens in the past. I have purchased non-prescription allergy medication from the store, and I was happy with the service I received. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer my questions about the medication. The store was also clean and well-organized, and I was able to find the medication I needed quickly and easily. However, I have read some negative reviews about Walgreens' pharmacy and prescription filling services. Some customers have complained about long wait times, inaccurate prescriptions, and poor customer service. It is important to note that these may be COVID related staff shortages or growing pains of a new store, and not all Walgreens stores have the same problems.Overall, I have had a positive experience with Walgreens. The store is clean and well-lit, with well-organized aisles and friendly staff.

This Walgreens has been the best ever! Yes, they are dealing with short staff issues in the pharmacy but overall they're really professional and nice to you. The pharmacists are beyond amazing and they've helped me so much between fighting insurance and getting my prescriptions on time! The king waits are worth it and they're truly family when you're always there. The wait is worth it if you're here every week! Some people are impatient and in a rush but other then that I recommend them!

COVID is really not an excuse for a lack of staffing in 2023. The wait for the pharmacy is ALWAYS ridiculous, no matter the time of day. Who has an hour to wait in line? And it's no wonder the customer service suffers as a result, I'm sure the staff is burned out too. I DREAD coming to pick up my prescriptions so I will be transferring them elsewhere. No one has the time or patience to wait this long, especially when there are other pharmacies that staff themselves appropriately.
