One of the most unorganized, and poorly ran Walgreens. I’ve been to. My husband had scheduled a Rapid COVID test, in the morning and had forgotten his debit card, asked them if they took apple pay, they took his ID and started to take down his information and 5 minutes later they told him they couldn’t do apple pay. So he reschedules for a later time that same day, we wait in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes and when we finally get there they call him even though we were right there at the window, and tell him they don’t have any Covid tests. So we waited and wasted a whole day for nothing. When we could’ve gone somewhere else.

Very bad experience, the cashier who turned out to be the manager had a very ugly attitude!! When I was looking to make my purchases I first wanted to make sure of some prices, sometimes it is confusing when it is on sale!! When he asked the question he showed an annoyed attitude, I felt really uncomfortable!! WR did not accept me even though I was carrying products that qualified, I did not
I noticed his name, what a shame if I didn't put it here!!

Customer service is the worst.
I don’t know the employees name, but the young white man that’s at the register is so completely rude. Horrible. Doesn’t greet me, gives me all my items with now bag, throws the bag down on the counter after I asked if I could get a bag… I really really hope they reconsider.
And don’t even get me started on the pharmacy. Stay far away. They suck here.

Takes over an hour to get your prescription from a pick up... over 24 hours and it seems like they never bothered even filling the prescription

The pharmacy told me my prescription was ready and I went for the 4th time and now they tell me it isn’t ready and to come back in an hour. Bad customer service!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. When I call to check on prescriptions they are always so rude when asking for information.

The female pharmacist in this store is surprisingly unprofessional and less-educated. We went to take our Hep-B vaccine. She did not give us any explanation or Hep-B instruction about the vaccine. After the fast vaccination, I requested a immunization information form. She felt so inpatient about. She quickly grabbed a form and filled it, and let us go. She even did not realize that the form is in Spanish. I never saw a pharmacist in Walgreen who is so rude and arrogant. From my experience, the technician is OK.

In last 1-2 months We have seen the service is very slow, extremely short staff maybe. Painfully slow service. And also the pharmacy staff keeps on changing....

Shouldn’t take 30 minutes per car for the pharmacy. Either tell them to come back later or to come inside. 30. Minutes. Per. Car.
At this point I’m convinced they do it on purpose - sadistically. Build a new window and more lanes. Corporate needs to look into this ASAP because they’re going to lose thousands of customers from this location alone. Children could run a smoother operation.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sohail at the Walgreens Pharmacy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Sohail was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to explain my prescription details thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Tank!

This is the worst waster of time ever. I have picked up three prescriptions from here since moving and each time you have to know you’ll be here around 45 min. You get blocked in by other cars and can’t move. Right now I’m second in line and have been here for 25 min. No end in sight. No one moving, when you finally get to the window there is one girl that won’t make eye contact with you, offers no explanation, and takes a million years to get your prescription.

I've always had good experiences here. Maybe I've been lucky to get there at a less busy time. For one, having the 24/7 pharmacy literally saved my life once.
