If there were zero stars the pharmacy attendant starting with Kris name letters would get it. Probably the worse customers service rep i have run across. First time she missed 2 of my perscriotions cusing a almost 2 hour delay and a lot of pain. Second time she left me standing at the window for a very long time, not a word. One of the others finally asked if i was being helped i said i thought so but havent heard. Her attitude is bad and her fingernails are questionable. Walgreens can do better

I recently had a phone interaction with Jenn. By far the best experience that I have had at a pharmacy in a very long time. She took her time checking availability of medications for me and was extremely patient when I asked her to check coupons.
I just started coming to the pharmacy (per insurance requirements) and so far knock on wood, haven’t had a bad experience.

Christy W. Is the best Pharmacy Tech I have ever dealt with. She stays on top of things, she's very knowledgeable and she gets it done. What a great employee you have!

I struggle with the concept a family pharmacy become a major retail pharmacy and it hurt their customer's to the degree that both my husband, and I, are forced to leave. I have to question who benefits from a change like this, while their implementation has been another subject of nearly two months of broken phone systems, early closures, or being closed, while we guess if they'll be open but, all of the following reasons has made it clear the benefactor to Walgreens moving in has nothing to do with its customers.
A) My insurance is no longer accepted and they do not accept my husband's either. We can pay out of pocket.
B) The manufacturer for the medication I take, that's been available through Brookshires for two years, is no longer available and only the manufacturer I am allergic to will be carried. I'll have to pay more for a brand of medicine I swore I would never suffer through its side effects again.
C) The price for the medication I take out of pocket is $498 and with a GoodRX discount is $188 or $40 higher than any other pharmacy in a 50mi radius.
I don't mind change, or compromise, but they dont even try. It is sad when money is more important than the promise for always being there for its community. Now the headache of the apathetic CVS who seems to never have employees working, or the long drive tp Tom Thumb ($100 cheaper than Walgreens) or Kroger ($120 cheaper than Walgreens) but what else can we do?
Goodbye Brookshires. Sadly so.

I waited 3 days for my prescription to be filled and then waited an hour in line for pick up with 4 cars in front of me. The lack of competence at this location is shocking.

Walgreens has always been my pharmacy of choice. Despite the terrible phone service, poor customer service, rude pharmacists and long lines, I've been loyal....until today! Recently, I started using the online portal to order my refills, check status etc. to be more efficient and honestly to avoid having to call them since it takes at minimum 35 min to answer the phone. I noticed there was an option to have my meds shipped to my home at no charge. So I thought, wow that would be great time saver. I assumed SHIPPED meant securely boxed meds like a true mail order service, not DOOR DASH. Today, I get a random call from a DOOR DASH driver asking for my address to deliver my medication. I asked why she needs my address and she said it isn't on the order. I was highly suspicious of the caller since I did not order anything for delivery from DOOR DASH. So I refused to supply any information. Next I called my trusty Walgreens where I waited well over 35 min each time in queue for someone to finally answer and immediately disconnect. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, second time I got angry. Then I went back to the website to review the order status and to verify if there was any documentation that stated, "We use DOOR DASH to deliver our meds." Maybe I made a mistake while ordering and overlooked this important detail. NO WHERE on the website does it disclose this information. I will be reporting this to Walgreens corporate board of directors, BBB, HHS and my physician in order to MOVE ALL RX's to another pharmacy. Shame on me for assuming my Pharmacy would surely not provide my PHI and medication to a pizza delivery driver.

The store interior was bright and clean. There were two contracted housekeeping guys working on cleaning the floor. The restroom was clean, too. The staff member was friendly and helping.

Walgreens corporate management needs to address staffing issues or get out of the business. I had a similar experience today with waiting at the drive thru for at least 20 minutes behind only one car in line. Then I got fed up and went inside. When I finally got up to the window I mentioned to the staff person that they needed more staff. She told me they cut her hours. What a company!

It’s sad to see a pharmacy ran this way. Lack of customer service is on another level. They don’t answer the phone and the best time to ever speak with someone is right when they open. I was on hold for a hour and they hung up after ringing for a while. It’s hard to refill online or through the automated system without Having to speak to someone but THEY DONT ANSWER!!! Getting someone to speak with means you have to be on hold for an average of an hour. My prescription is always messed up and it’s the same thing over and over. THIS IS SAD!

I think you gotta take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Did I wait on hold for a little bit? Yes, of course I did. Pharmacists are not receptionists. Was it an excessive period of time? Absolutely not. When I spoke to someone they were quick to identify who I was and where my prescription would be in the process. I even received a second phone call back confirming that my prescription was being filled and what time it would be ready. Let people do their jobs. Great service.
