Step 1. Make appointments for Covid and Flu vaccinations.Step 2. Arrive 10 minutes early.Step 3. Listen to staff be rude to other customers.Step 4. Wait for an extra 20 minutes because they were running behind.Step 5. The person administering the injections was very nice and gentle.
