Worst place to buy your frames or sunglasses. I visited this store to order prescription glasses, but returned with dissatisfaction. The sales people don’t have proper knowledge and try to put unnecessary pricing even if you have insurance.

First off the guy working there made a rude comment when he saw my glasses prescription, I should have walked out. They are trying to get over on people, they tried to make me pay $340 ish for glasses (why,) because they are not in-network with my insurance and didn’t tell me. After being there for 30 minutes and not understanding or accepting that price, he tells me they’re not in network so they can’t use all the benefits I have. I’ve been to Visionworks a few times with the same insurance, so I was unaware that they were no longer in network. So I’ll gladly go somewhere else that’s in network, but I have to wait a few days because he submitted my contacts to insurance before I approved anything smh. I will NEVER recommend our support this business again.

I greatly appreciate Stephanie and Jess for their attentiveness towards myself and my daughter, from finding the perfect frame to helping in every way they could to get through the process of being able to pay for them. You won't be sorry for choosing this location to get your new glasses. They truly do desire to see their customers leave happy and come back for any needs they have even after they have gotten their glasses. You can't go wrong if choose this store.

The first pair of glasses I ordered were Progressive lenses and I couldn’t get use to them so I returned those for a standard bifocal pair. After wearing the new pair a few days I could tell that something was wrong. So I returned that pair too. The prescription for some reason was wrong which was NOT a problem created by Visionworks. Visionworks stood by their guarantee and I am currently waiting on my new pair of glasses. A bit of a pain but everything has been made right.
