I recently had a fantastic experience with Jason! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I switched carriers, and we had concerns about potential hidden fees or surprises, but Jason put us at ease. He made sure to write down all the costs and guided me toward selections that better fit my needs. His explanations were clear, straightforward, and transparent. We couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance. We definitely need more people like Jason in the world! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service experience ever! Jason one of the sales representatives introduced himself and was ready to assist, but when I told him that I was picking up an online order he stated "my order is stuck on sent" and he couldn't do anything to fulfill the order. This was a very common scenario according to him nad he could cancel order and redo it.(maybe this is why he wears sunglasses inside). This guy is not to be trusted he stated my items were not there (ipad,iPhone 16 pro, and Apple watch)because I wouldn't cancel and redo order in store. Run!

Iman was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Not only was he helpful and patient (we came in at 6:30pm) with my upgrade, his professionalism was was beyond anything you see today. He has such a great attitude and approach with people. It was refreshing and much appreciated to see someone with his level of positive energy.

I went into the Mckinney store with a non working phone and Jason was very polite and helpful. Took take care of my issues with professionalism and I left with a working phone. He took the time to listen and educate me. Would recommend this location anytime.

My wife’s phone had a very unusual issue and the Verizon associate told me the phone had been reset and all I could do was set the phone back to factory settings. Luckily I looked at myself further and it was a minor issue I was able to was able to resolve. The associate was the opposite of helpful.

If I could have given them a no star I would have. This is NOT a Verizon Corporate store it's a Verizon VICTRA store. They entered my promo for trade in credit wrong, they charged 39.95 for transferring information from one phone to another for each of my 5 lines which at a corporate store there is no charge. I had to go in to the store 3 times to get other issues fixed which was a total headache. If you want help to do a corporate store not a VICTRA store.
