“Had a Family Reunion Event at the Heard Craig Center October 21, 2023. The Garden was perfect for outdoor games, table talking set ups, and family meals. Utilized the Carriage House as well for the kitchen use, layout tables for family photos, and the ease of a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. It all was the perfect venue for our reunion of 40. Thank you for wonderful, beautiful memories! We are all planning to meet there again next October!”

However, the Pizza Hut branded pizza in
they serve is the worst thing I have ever had. If you are overcharging for a 9" pizza, better serve a good one or don't serve at all.”

“We got married at Avalon in May 2024.
We spent all of about 2 minutes in this venue before deciding this was where we wanted to have our special day. In fact, my now husband was the one who made the final decision! I cannot say enough amazing things about Avalon. We had soooo many guests come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how much they enjoyed the venue. It was a dream come true. Avalon has this beautiful outdoor, vintage, garden feel that is so unique and in my mind just can’t be beat. Also, the women of Avalon should get their own review. From the moment we walked in, we felt their genuine excitement and care for our big day. Especially, Alee! We hired Alee to be our part time wedding planner and I can confidently say that we would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. Alee is passionate, flexible, knowledgeable, so kind, attentive to every question or need, and really helped make our vision come to life. I truly don’t know how to put into words my love for Alee and everything she did for us. And her two assistants! My goodness! My husband still periodically brings up how much he appreciated Alee’s assistants. They made our day run seamlessly.
