I'm great costumer there and also the owner knows me there and if i have a problem with the vape i buy to just bring it back and exchange this vape i bought from the young guy working there always want to take my money i told him this vape is no good you can tell the battery still full and so is the liquid is full. The new worker didn't want to exchange it for me I won't ever go there anymore hopefully i see the owner so i can tell he going to loose business with that new worker her hired back ?

Initially, I thought it would be ok, however, after I made my purchase I also got a few lottery tickets & scratched them off right there & won I was told that I needed to give it back, LOL. I laughed it off as I thought it to be a joke since I've never been to this place before nor do I know of these people working in it besides who does that, duh, not me. The following week I had to return the item because it was defective then the same guy said 7 times, you can't get a refund only exchange and only 1 time you can't come back no more. Then he becomes even more rude because the replacement item I chose cost less and I had to select other items. I even spent more money buying other items even over the cost of the refunded money. There isn't much of a variety of things in this place and the smell of the cigarettes makes me gag, so NO, YOU won't ever see me in your property ever again. YOU can't ever get another penny out of me & be RUDE! No customer service here!

Bought their 3ft 15 chamber ripper from them 5 months ago, Rips clean and a solid price. Customer service was excellent and the employee makes sure you understand what you’re buying

Showed up, first time ever and it said it was open but had a sign that said I'll be back in 5 and 15 minutes later still no one there. I'll never go back to this shop again. Waisted my time driving up to this place.

Haven't even been, actually about to go because of all these good reviews. The only bad reviews on here seem to be about one employee. Why so narrow? So if you found an apple tree and the first apple you looked at had a worm in it, would you judge the whole tree? Maybe send the tree (business) an email and report the bad attitude worm instead of trying to cut down the whole tree publicly on Google. If the trees roots (managers) did not fix the issue, then you should post a negative review. But to tell everyone online not to go to a humble (probably family owned) business when the rest of the reviews are great, makes you seem like an ____ ______... so yeah, hope this helps your ratings guys.

I spoke to a girl and I asked her about her starter kits at first she was nice and was telling me they have one for 14.99 and one for $21.99.But the $21.99 is a better deal.

Don't go to this place for any vape products. I went in for a vape pen and charger (for some reason they sell them separately). First the lady working was extremely rude extremely. As soon as a tried asking for a vape battery she had an attitude. Won't let me let me get a word in to ask what I was looking for, as other guest walked in she had the same horrible attitude towards them. Okay now I can move on to the product the charger was a fake electronic meaning it looked like what I need but it never actually charged my pen battery although it read as charged so I had to go buy another charger somewhere else and then found out the fake charger killed the pen battery so now I don't have a pen battery. The pen battery cost 20 plus 5 for the charger. This price is a ripe off tho begin with. I called the shop to see if I could return both products and again a rude employee I had to talk to over the phone as I explained to her the complaint I had she kept interrupting me and saying she didn't know what I was talking about and that if I did go back to the shop she wouldn't be able to help anyway.. this place is a scam on vape product.
