“These guys are so wonderful! I recently bought a car with no guarantees. The next day it overheated, I added antifreeze. Three days later overheated again. I took the car back to them, they went out of their way helping me. They loaned me a car while trying to fix mine. Turns out mine was going to take time to fix it right, and I fell in love with a loaner car. They lowered the asking price and sold me this one. The one guy told me we are here to make friends, not rip anybody off. I would not even consider going anywhere else in the future for a used car.?”

“I purchased a used vehicle from ElDorado on 7/12/24, from out of state. Found the vehicle online, made one phone call, made the rest of my deal via text message. They're a volume dealer. Let's move the metal, make a deal and move on to the next customer. They didn't try to sell me extras or play games with me. I haggled a little bit, we came to an agreement (via text!), they sent me a breakdown of add-on costs (via text! no nitrogen!). THEN after the price was negotiated, they offered to ship the vehicle to me FOR FREE. I picked it up in person anyway; everyone I dealt with was pleasant.”
